This is a must visit for history enthusiasts, you can explore the castle towers, dungeon and courtyard area. There is a circular walk around Skipton Castle that takes approximately fifty minutes to complete, this is a popular walk and children will enjoy exploring this fantastic castle and its grounds.
Gisburn Forest is located approximately five miles from Bowland Fell Holiday Park. This woodland offers family-friendly walking and cycling trails, from gentle loops to the more demanding Gisburn Bike Trails for experienced mountain bikers. Hesketh Farm Park is located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. This family run farm park is a popular attraction for families who have young children.
