Exeter city is approximately a 30 minute drive away from Exmouth, Exeter is great for shopping with a modern precinct and fashion brands galore. Exeter Cathedral is also located in the centre of Exeter, a magnificent and beautiful cathedral which is worth a visit. Other seaside town along the South coast that you may want to explore include Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Dawlish and Teignmnouth.

Lodges & Caravans at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park
Devon Cliffs Holiday park offer caravan and lodge accommodation. There are 5 types of caravan choices depending on your requirements. The Saver Caravans are perfect if you are on a budget. These are available in 2/3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. There is an equipped kitchen, lounge with 32” Freeview TV, fridge, microwave, oven and bed linen is included. The Bronze caravans are wider than the Saver models, with larger kitchens and lounge area, and the addition of central heating, and double-glazing.
Silver Caravans with stylish furnishings, additional features include a private decking area or veranda with outdoor furniture. Gold Caravans are more spacious and offer a wrap-around decking for even more outdoor space. The Signature and Signature Gold Caravans are the most premium options, they provide front row sea or lakeside views and combine all the luxuries of Gold caravans with exclusive park positions. There are also luxury lodges with sea views looking out over the south Devon coast.
There are two types of lodges offered at Devon Cliff Holiday Park. The Emerald Lodges are 16ft wide holiday homes, equipped with freestanding furniture, a 40-inch TV in the living room, and a 22-inch TV in the main bedroom. The Signature Front Row/Sea View Lodges are larger lodges measuring 20ft wide, these lodges come with uninterrupted sea views.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park has an amazing indoor pool with multi-lane water slides and flumes. The outdoor pools have recently added Tube Slides, this is where you sit on an inflated ring and ride down the twisty water slides. The outdoor pools also offer multi depth areas so all family members can enjoy the outdoor pool. There is a seating area near the inside pool where you will find refreshments from Millie’s Cookies.
Devon Cliffs provides provides a full activities programme to keep you busy. The Aerial Adventure is where you will find yourself suspended high up climbing over tyres at height and other suspended obstacles. The climbing wall will challenge your strength and endurance. The park also offers The Jump, where you jump and free fall before landing on a giant airbag. Added to the park in 2023 the NERF Training Camp and the Inflatable Arena, which is filled with an inflatable obstacle course, great fun. The 4x4 mini Off Roaders are popular with younger children, where they can drive a mini off roader around a twisty track.
The Seaside Squad ensures that children are entertained with a variety of shows and activities at Devon Cliffs. There are Character Breakfasts with Haven characters such as Rory the Tiger. Throughout the day, children can participate in arts and crafts, sports, and a circus school. During the evenings there are live shows, interactive game shows, and dance floor fun.
At Devon Cliffs Holiday Park there are a variety of dining options. The South Beach Café has a menu featuring local seafood with stunning panoramic views of the sea. The Mash and Barrel bar and restaurant provides a wide selection of meals that cater to all tastes, from breakfasts, lunches and evening meals. There are also several takeaway options. Papa John's delivers pizzas direct to your location. There is a Traditional Fish and Chip shop and a Burger King®.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is situated closely to some of the most beautiful beaches in Devon. Sandy Bay in Exmouth is ideal for families due to its sheltered location, perfect for swimming and water sports, with lifeguards on duty during the summer months. Exmouth, Dawlish Warren, and Teignmouth have sandy beaches lined with shops, restaurants, and activities.
Exeter is a short drive away, great for shopping with a new precinct that has lots of great fashion brands and Creally Adventure Park is a great day out.
