Bideford Bay Holiday Park is set behind the South West Coastal path, there is an easy walk east to Clovelly and a tough walk west to Westward Ho! This holiday park near Bideford has chalets, lodges and caravans on site for hire and is in a rural and peaceful location with Clovelly (stunning) just down the road. Appledore is a charming fishing village located approximately 3 miles from Bideford. Here you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the quay or sit and enjoy the views of the estuary whilst enjoying a famous Hockings ice cream. Instow is another popular village to visit, it boasts a pretty sandy beach which is family friendly and dogs are also welcome, however restrictions may apply near the town end of the beach from May - September. Instow has some great places to eat if you would like to explore some off park restaurants during your stay and many of theses restaurants offer beautiful seaside views. 

The Milky Way and the Big Sheep are two major tourist attractions both within easy reach. Bideford (the White Town) is also easy to reach, has a great outlet shopping centre and the town centre itself is very pretty, there is also a great park here by the river with a fantastic new kids playground. Westward Ho! is an easy drive, a great beach with great surf and lots to do behind the beach.
